While studying at The French Pastry School in Chicago, Christian Parks and Laura Koerth found they shared a love for chocolate, and a desire to hand-craft luxurious confections that would rival the best in the world. After graduating, both went to work for a large corporate chocolate company. This experience helped to cement their vision of one day having their own artisan workshop where they could craft the handmade, high quality confections they had dreamed of producing. After creating and testing hundreds of recipes, and constructing the perfect workshop to facilitate the crafting of their creations, Chris and Laura recognized their dream by opening Earth&Sky Confections.

At Earth&Sky Confections, we specialize in exquisite handmade, and often hand painted, artisan chocolates. Privately owned, and passionately run, we take a no-compromise approach in the crafting of our confections. We use only the finest & freshest seasonal ingredients, sourcing from local producers when available. Whole fruit purees, organic butter and cream, fresh organic herbs, freshly ground spices, and the finest chocolate are what comprise our chocolates. Here at Earth&Sky we use traditional European techniques combined with modern artistry to create luscious candies that speak to the soul of chocolate lovers everywhere. Inspired by the beauty of both Earth&Sky, we are proud to share with you all the love, passion and dedication that goes into every one of our confections.
